Cafe Deco Group

Cafe Deco Group approached Pilot to update their old static website to a CMS-driven site with a renewed focus on their VIP membership.

We started by developing several simple to use CMS-based templates for the restaurant/outlets, which put more emphasis on the regularly changing promotions (and did away with the annoying pop-up windows!)

The VIP section was enhanced from a basic way to register a card for a 10% dining discount to a fully functional member area.  VIP members can now modify their contact information online, follow their dining transactions in (near) real-time, and redeem CCDP (Cafe Deco Dining Points) for a variety of awards; both internal (a buffet dinner voucher) and via partner companies (a spa treatment).  

Pilot continues to work with Cafe Deco to extend the features and functionality of the VIP section. The latest developments are online application for membership and the conversion of CCDP to Asia Miles through the VIP awards.

All of this done for a fraction of the cost of a large-scale CRM.
